If you have any special requests or you are looking for a different color/size, you can contact us by email writing to info@seddys.com or on WhatsApp through the button you can find on the right side over all our website!
To ensure maximum quality and durability, we use premium materials to customize the shoes. From high-quality leather and fabrics, every material is carefully selected to offer you a product that not only reflects your style, but also maintains its excellence over time.
Shipping
Yes, we ship to all European Union countries. Shipments to Italy, Europe, San Marino and Vatican City are made with GLS.
Delivery time vary on average from 5 to 10 working days based on the product purchased, as each product is handmade and it takes a couple of days to be worked before shipment.
Payments
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and JCB)
- Google Pay
- Apple Pay
- PayPal (3 installments)

The refund can only be requested for purchases that are not successful, for example: products that are out of stock and not communicated promptly to the customer. For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available in approximately 10 days, and will be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
For orders paid with PayPal the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. In the case of free shipping, the refund amount will correspond to that of the returned products. However, if Express shipping was chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, this amount will not be included in the refund.
