Returns

If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be exchanged for a different size or style within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods.

How to request a return: Send an email to info@seddys.com indicating:

  • Order number
  • Billing/shipping information
  • Reason for the return
  • New size/style requested

Conditions for exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, unaltered and show no signs of use
  • Soles of shoes must be in perfect condition with no marks of any kind
  • All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original shoebox, which is considered an integral part of the product and must not be damaged, altered in any way, or used as the only external packaging
  • Returns must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered
  • Return shipment must take place within 10 days of receiving the order
  • Returns and size/style changes are not available for custom or modified items requested by the customer

Shipping costs:
Shipping costs for returns — including faulty items, items not conforming to the online image, or wrong size — are entirely at the customer's expense.

Unauthorized returns
SEDDYS reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing returns for faulty goods. SEDDYS also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions above.

In these cases, goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Any acceptance of non-compliant returns will incur a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods.


Refunds

Refunds are only offered for purchases that cannot be fulfilled — for example, styles or sizes that are out of stock and not communicated promptly to the customer on the website. Refunds are not accepted for wrong size selections or accidental purchases.

Refund methods and timelines:

  • Credit card: the refunded amount will be available in approximately 10 days and will be visible on the next card statement. Timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used
  • PayPal: the amount will be returned to the original PayPal account

Additional conditions:

  • The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded
  • In the case of free shipping, the refund amount will correspond to the value of the returned products only
  • If Express shipping was chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, the shipping cost will not be included in the refund

For all aspects not specifically expressed, European legislation for distance trading applies.
