Refund policy
RETURNS:
If for any reason the customer is not satisfied with their purchase, unworn items can be replaced with a size change/style change within 10 days from the date of receiving the goods.
Return instructions: To request return authorization you must send an email to info@seddys.com indicating:
- Order number
- Billing/shipping information
- Reason for the return
- New size/style requested
Shipping for faulty items, those that do not conform to the online image or the wrong size is completely at the customer's expense. The return shipment must take place within 10 days of receiving the order. The return/size change is not contemplated for custom on request and/or with modifications requested by the customer.
REFUNDS:
The refund is only offered for purchases that are not successful, for example: styles/sizes that are out of stock and not communicated promptly to the customer on the website. Refunds are not accepted from wrong size or purchase by mistake.
For orders paid by credit card, the refunded amount will be available to customers in approximately 10 days, and will be visible on the next card statement.
The timing may vary slightly based on the banking circuit of the credit card used. For orders paid with PayPal the amount will be returned to the original account. The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amounts due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded. In the case of free shipping, the refund amount will correspond to that of the returned products. However, if Express shipping was chosen by the customer at the time of purchase, this amount will not be included in the refund.
Returns with size changes will only be possible when: the items purchased was not washed or altered and doesn't show any signs of use. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind. All footwear and accessories must be returned together with their original shoebox, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way, nor used as the only external packaging. In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that errors occur in shipments by SEDDYS, the customer is required to follow the same instructions above. SEDDYS reserves the right to request photographic evidence before authorizing repairs for faulty goods. Returns authorized by SEDDYS must be shipped from the same country where the original order was delivered. SEDDYS also reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions above. In these cases the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address. Any acceptance of such returns will in any case entail a charge equal to 10% of the value of the returned goods. For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading applies.
