Shipping policy

Shipping with a value equal to or greater than €70.00 is free in Italy. Shipping costs for EU and extra-EU countries are calculated at checkout.

Delivery times vary on average from 5 to 10 working days based on the product purchased and country, as each customization is handmade. Shipments to Italy, UE countries, San Marino and Vatican City are made via GLS courier.

SEDDYS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Parcels destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods. All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items. Parcels destined for Extra-EU countries may be subject to additional customs expenses.
