    Each product is handcrafted, so estimated delivery times are between 5 and 15 business days. All orders are shipped from Italy via MBE with tracked delivery. Exact shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.

     

    Documentation & Customs

    • EU countries: parcels do not include an invoice or any documents stating the value of the goods.
    • Non-EU countries: shipments are accompanied by an official invoice declaring the value of each item, as required by customs procedures.

    Please be aware that:

    • International shipments may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and other charges applied by the destination country
    • These costs are not included in the order total and are entirely the buyer's responsibility
    • By placing an order, the customer accepts full responsibility for any customs duties or additional charges that may apply
    • We are not responsible for delays, customs inspections, or additional costs imposed by customs authorities or carriers

    US Customs Duties

    All orders are shipped from Italy. Orders delivered to the United States are subject to import duties collected by US Customs and Border Protection (CBP) upon delivery.

    Please note:

    • Import duties are not included in your order total
    • As of 2026, a duty of approximately 10% applies to goods imported from Italy
    • The exact amount depends on your order total and product category
    • Your carrier will contact you regarding any fees due upon delivery
    • If customs fees are refused and the package is returned, return shipping costs and handling fees will be deducted from your refund
