Delivery times vary on average from 5 to 10 working days based on the product purchased, as each product is handmade in an artisanal manner. Shipments to Italy, San Marino and Vatican City are made via GLS courier. SEDDYS does not deliver to PO Boxes. Parcels destined for countries within the European Union do not contain an invoice or any other documentation with the value of the goods. All shipments directed to countries outside the European Union, as required by customs procedures, are accompanied by an official invoice which declares the value of the individual items.

RETURNS

If for any reason you are not satisfied with the purchase, unworn items can be replaced with a size change within 10 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

REFUNDS

The refund is only contemplated for purchases that are not successful, such as: models that are out of stock and not communicated promptly to the customer.
